Our Vision
We are Purple Pen and our vision is to live in a world where all people can experience high levels of health, education, safety and wellness through equitable opportunities. We believe that everyone should be able to achieve the best possible outcomes and experiences, in an environment that is free of stigma, discrimination and prejudice.
Our Mission
We work with communities and organisations to meaningfully address long-standing issues affecting communities’ health, education, and wellbeing.
We recognise that one size doesn’t fit all, and it is our mission to gain a deep understanding of our communities’ and organisations’ needs, goals and challenges.
We seek to enable and empower our clients to find creative and impactful solutions, creating ripple effects through their organisations and professional networks, as well as splashes within their communities.
We achieve this by providing bespoke research and evaluation consulting and training packages. This includes supporting organisations in reviewing their cultural practices through an Equity, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion lens and in co-producing and implementing EEDI strategies which foster more inclusive and culturally-competent practice within their organisations.
